Our apartments occupy the entire top floor of a historic building built in 1952. It is part of the architectural ensemble of the city’s central ring, and has two entrances, one from the main street of the city, Bolshaya Morskaya, the other one, directly from our floor, on Sovetskaya Street, Admiralskaya Hill. The uniqueness of the location of our house is that, on the one hand, it is located in the heart of the city, 2 minutes from Ushakov Square, one of the three main squares of the city, and on the other hand, it is located in a cozy, quiet and very authentic courtyard, where you can feel the atmosphere of the old town. Our house, with 3.5-meter-high ceilings, columns on the balconies, spacious, admiral's entrance, as they say in Sevastopol, is one of the architectural gems of the city.

The house underwent a complete overhaul in 2021, all communications have been replaced, which can provide the maximum level of comfort for our guests.

From the side of Bolshaya Morskaya our apartments are located on the third floor, from the side of Sovetskaya Street, due to the unique relief of the city, you have to climb only half a flight of stairs. All balconies overlook the old town and the main sights, the Pokrovsky Cathedral, Panorama and Historical Boulevard, Bolshaya Morskaya Street and the sea.

There is hardly any other place, where you can deeply penetrate the spirit of our city and its history, while being in complete comfort.
